This is a great bass drum duet ideal for solo and ensemble festival. An appropriate work for the students who would like to perform something other than the traditional snare drum solo. Any two bass drums will do, however, the bass drums should be played horizontally with two timpani mallets. This unique piece for 2 players is full of dynamics and interest.
